Auditsy grants you a personal, non-exclusive license to use the tool according to the credit or plan you purchased. Credits and feature unlocks are applied based on the product you bought.

The tool generates automated audits, outreach, and landing pages from third-party data sources. These are estimates and must be independently verified before you use them with real clients. You are responsible for the accuracy of anything you present to a third party. You are also responsible for ensuring that content you publish complies with applicable laws and platform policies.

You agree that you will not:

• Use the tool for any unlawful purpose.
• Resell or redistribute generated content, except where a resale or agency license explicitly grants that right.
• Abuse the service or attempt to bypass usage limits, credit balances, or feature gates.
• Attempt to access, alter, or grant yourself credits, entitlements, or another user's data.

The tool is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that audits, scores, or generated content will be accurate, complete, or fit for a particular purpose. We are not liable for any outcomes resulting from your use of generated content.

Purchases and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy and are processed through WarriorPlus. Credits are consumed when a generation completes successfully.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will note the updated date at the top of this page. Continued use of the tool after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
